Welcome to My New World

Many years ago, when I first started painting, I did what artists have always done: I took photos of the wonders of nature and tried to reproduce them on canvas. It was years before it occurred to me that I did not have to compete with a camera. I could create my own world, a world of colours and shapes, of tones and overlays.
